Usagimimi

Well, after 24 hours spent with our bunny Freya, I nearly had a nervous breakdown worrying and caring for her. I haven't been able to keep up with her while she was out of her cage, and Jason got clawed up this morning (he was bleeding pretty bad) after trying to ease her into her cage. I have been unable to sleep at night because I'm worried about the room temperature going above 75 degrees (bunnies can die from heat stroke if it gets much higher), and I've been sick to my stomach for the past 12 hours. After lots of tears, we decided to give her back to the pet store owner. I don't feel that I can take care of her at this point of my life

Phew! It's been a long day! We bought a Holland lop and named her Freya (Chobits fans should know her well) ;). She has a very mysterious personality, and we cannot wait until she warms up to us! After some crazy play time (randomly hopping in and out of her cage for 15 mins straight), she is asleep now. What sucks is that my webcam is so crappy that she just looks like a black furball when I try to film her!

I woke up at 5 AM with horrible knee pain...I am just ready to BE HEALED!!!! Over 2 months of not walking, and I'm fed up. >_
